That's right Gem is now 6 years old and Theo has officially been in our family for 2 years. It's funny that both our kids joined our families on other important dates (Gem on our anniversary and Theo on Gem's birthday). But it was a fun day. Gem had a party and it was fun to reflect back on our journey to Theo. The photos above our pretty self explanatory, and the photos below were taken on the day we signed the papers in Vietnam and Theo was officially ours.
Saturday we headed down to Susan's parent's for a cold misty ester egg hunt. The above photos show the main event of the day. As you can tell from Gem's picture the girl didn't stand still long enough for me to get a proper photo of her face, but Theo is always a champ to pose for the camera.
All in all a good weekend. Now it's back to business as usual.
I admit I have a small obsession with day dreaming about working from home again and having a sweet backyard office space (as many of you know from previous posts). Today when I stumbled across the "blob" backyard office I thought to myself it would certainly fit the bill and look awesome too. It's missing a window or two, but overall walking a few steps out back to an egg-shaped-space-pod office would be awesome.
